WHY GET A WILL?
A Will provides your loved ones with support during difficult times.
Your Will is about saving your loved ones the time, money and stress of dealing with your estate while also dealing with their grief.
Who needs a Will?
If you’re over 18 and have more than $15,000 in assets, the government decides how your assets are distributed, if you don’t have a Will.
While you may think it’s obvious who gets what if you die, if you don’t formalise it in a Will, you have no say in what happens. It can also mean your loved ones miss out on what should be rightfully theirs.
